Be real
Use your own name, real photos of the real place, and a price you mean.
Be fair
Housing discrimination is against the law in Canada. Do not refuse or discourage someone because of who they are.
Be safe
No requests for money before a viewing. No pressure to leave the site. Report what looks wrong.
Be respectful
No harassment, threats, hate or spam, in listings or in messages. No dating or romantic offers, no explicit language or photos, and no violence. Never offer or ask for sexual favours or sexual services in exchange for rent.
What we do about it
We remove listings and block accounts that break these rules. Reports are reviewed by a person.
